- SSSha'Quila Sampson3 days ago1.0I had a wonderful experience touring the property with Ms. Fatima. The grounds were beautiful, and she was kind, professional, and very informative during the tour. Unfortunately, my interaction with the property manager was the complete opposite. She came across as rude and dismissive during our conversation. Moving is already a stressful process, and her attitude made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Comments such as “I’m trying to help you out” and “I’m not trying to waste corporate’s time” felt very unprofessional and discouraging to hear as a potential resident. A little patience and professionalism would have made a big difference in the overall experience.
