Living at Hayleigh Village is absolutely so wonderful. It is the best place we could ever have hoped for. Everyone here has been amazing from day one. Shayla-Property Manager, Koraima-Assistant Property Manager and Kayla-Leasing Agent have been so kind, very knowledgeable, and always available to help every step of the way. Making our move in and living here so amazing. They are all always there to take care of any questions or needs.
Jake-Maintenance Supervisor and Nate-Maintenance Tech really know there stuff and have always came to take care of anything needed on the very same day and took care of any and all Maintenance needs. They have gone over and beyond with everything needed. Our family just can't say enough good things to express just how grateful we are to live in such a beautiful community and with all the wonderful people that work here !!!! They all make a GREAT TEAM !!!! So we want to say Thank You for all your hard work each and every day to Shayla, Koraima, Kayla, Jake and Nate. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST !!! 🙂

Great starter apartment for a reasonable price, in a nice part of Greensboro. Feels safe, family oriented and staff is very friendly. Maintenance is amazing, extremely fast turn arounds and great service. They even completely replaced our units full carpet when we first moved in because we complained of a smell. They seriously are great. The management takes really good care of the buildings and landscaping. There are landscapers here once a week making sure everything is in great condition (which I appreciate).
However, there are a couple of things I wish I knew before moving in. As mentioned in a previous review, the gates barely work. They are constantly open, and or one works and the other one is broken. This defeats the entire purpose of a gate. We also had to pay a gate fee, which doesn't make much sense if the gates never actually work.
Along the side of the complex, there is a dead end road, apart of Jessup Grove Rd. There are about 3-4 complexes that back up to this road (mine is one of them). There have been more times than I can count where I have seen some pretty sketchy stuff happening, such as people sleeping in their cars and engaging in illegal activity. I refuse to walk on this road by myself, especially at night. Another thing about this side road is it makes outside people getting into the complex extremely easy. They are able to park their car and wonder on in, as if they live here. Why call it a gated community when your gates don't work, and it's not even fully gated the entire way around?
Lastly, the amount of children in the complex is unfathomable. This makes for an extremely family friendly complex, where families thrive, however I am in my 20's and have no interest in screaming kids, children running out in front of cars constantly and teenagers riding motorbikes on sidewalks; They are literally everywhere all of the time. I am not trying to sound like a grouch, however it is simply the case. I understand this has nothing to do with the management, or complex itself, and they can do nothing about this. However, if I would have known about the amount of children in the complex, I would have not moved here just for the simple fact that this is not what I was looking for. Just trying to give a heads up to potential renters looking into the property.
Overall, a good place to live starting out with a few things to keep in mind when deciding if this place is a good fit for your lifestyle.
So far, everything has been great. The staff and maintenance team have been amazing. My only concern is the inconsistency with the gate remaining closed. One of the main reasons I chose to move here was because it is a “gated” complex, but the gate is frequently open on both sides. I’ve even seen people drive through the exit gate when they don’t have a code for the entry gate, which is extremely dangerous. This really defeats the purpose of having a gated community if the gate isn’t functioning as intended.
Given the number of break-ins that occur around Greensboro, having a consistently closed and secure gate is important for peace of mind especially if that’s what you pay for. Had I known the gate wouldn’t remain closed regularly, I might have explored other communities with more reliable gate systems. Other than that, I have no complaints.
Super professional ans helpful staff! Terrific location as well!

Stay tuned. I've spoken to this office many times. Don't let the response fool you..... Ari Management Company and associates are the worst. This apartment complex was impressive and well-kept until they took over. They decided less than 60 days before my lease was to be renewed to retract the offer. This happened to multiple residents. I was asked to relocate on or before my lease ended, so I did to a fantastic location in August. I turned in my keys and signed all the paperwork. November 4th, I got a notice that they want me to pay them for September. These people are dishonest crooks that atrempt to destroy your credit. Don't waste your time.
Update #2 11/14/2025 ...They obviously got upset about my review and sent me another $600 bill. Hilarious. I owe them nothing. I moved in August. Just don't put yourself through it. A mess.
