  Lived here for over a year. The good: - Units are pretty nice. - Great location. - Fast internet speeds. The bad: - Moving out was a nightmare. After renewing my lease, I had to move out of state a couple months later. Not ideal, but life happens. I was told there was no lease-break option, but that staff would work on finding someone to take over my lease once I vacated. - After moving out and continuing to pay rent, communication from staff was minimal and unhelpful. I was repeatedly told they were still searching for a replacement tenant, despite strong rental demand in the area. - Months later, I found a replacement tenant myself. When he contacted the office, he was encouraged to lease a different vacant unit instead of taking over mine. They were even offering him a discount to take a different unit. That made it clear they were not prioritizing filling my unit. - Overall, the staff were difficult to work with and often felt dishonest during the process. I understand leases have consequences, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily greedy and unfair. - Also worth mentioning: cockroaches.

  I chose Greenway at Fisher Park while I was in school at UNCG. Awesome community! Clean pool, clean gym, friendly staff, two terraces for events, two game lounges, free baseball tickets…the list goes on and on. One year the rainstorms were causing our patio doors to leak, so they installed state of the art glass sliding doors to fix the problem. They are professional and they take the utmost care of their tenants. Just be sure to tell your guests to park in the visitor spots and you won’t have an issue.

  I lived there for 2 years. I liked living in Greensboro. The first day I moved in I had ants, and the apt wasn’t clean - I walked through the apartment barefoot and had black soles. But they fixed both issues immediately. During the 4th of July I would sit on my balcony and watch the fire works they would set off from the stadium. They also have fire works after some of the baseball games - and we would get tickets to go for free. I never had enough time in my schedule to go except for once. I would leave the French doors open during the spring and it would feel so nice. The one bedroom apartments are small but I never needed more space than I had. I always felt safe to come and go - and I worked at the hospital right around the corner so it was very convenient as well.

  Even if you live here they will tow your car and tell you too bad. Not happy
