The property is beautiful—well-maintained with thoughtful details throughout. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows. If the tour is any indication of how they treat residents, this is definitely the place to be!
- RSRami S.Jul 5, 20251.0Extremely predatory towing practices. Zero leniency concerning residents who make a genuine mistake. They require your make, model, and license plate yet the only requirement for a boot is a parking permit not up. Why take the vehicle information if it’s never put in use? Heads-up if you plan to live here. If you forget your parking pass once, you will have to pay $200 to remove the boot from your car with zero help from Greenway management. Preying on broke law students is not a business practice that screams ethics. Do better.

The man was very unprofessional and should have done a lot better than being a jerk about it. They should fire this man and think about the parking differently. I would not live here even if it was the last place on earth to stay. I would give a 0 star but the lowest is a 1 star.

Everything is kept in excellent shape, the maintenance team is punctual and industrious, and the staff in the leasing office is respectful and courteous to a fault. I really can't find a bad thing to say about the Greenway. My experience here has been stellar.
