The location and community of this complex is absolutely amazing. It literally feels like living in a movie. It is wonderful and I honestly enjoy my home. However, management of this complex is beyond awful. I have submitted maintenance requests (major ones like water leaking from the upstairs into my downstairs, water heater being broken and leaking water in the floor of my home, and issues with the stove) and they always take weeks to arrive. I am aware we aren't the main property the maintenance members attend to, however, we rent for a reason. It is despicable that renters have to wait a month for a maintenance quest to be filled. I have done more upkeep to this townhome than raggedy apartments I lived in while in college. While I love the neighborhood and my home, I am unsure if I will stay here past my lease. Living in an unsafe environment, albeit beautiful, due to poor management is not a risk I am willing to take as a two time breast cancer survivor. My home must be safe and unfortunately, this complex cannot commit to ensuring the safety of their residents. Move in at your own risk or if you have experience upkeeping your own home and do not need maintenance. But these townhouses are old so you will need maintenance.

Although the location is prime in the northwest side of Greensboro and the townhouses themselves are nice, I would not recommend living here solely based on the company who manages them. They are awful. Responding to phone calls or emails take numerous attempts on your end. They always have some reason why they haven't responded back. We had several maintenance issues that were just cleared as completed but were never done. We had squirrels living in the gutter system to do a hole in the roof line soffit. Never was repaired although the system said it was "scheduled and then completed". It's a shame because the community and neighbors are really nice but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with the rental company.
