  Absolutely love living here and the staff really add to the experience! I know I will always be greeted by smiles and conversation when I enter the leasing office! The apartments are great, amenities are well kept, and the location is unbeatable. Overall, love CityView apartments and the leasing office staff!

  Sarah, Jacob, and Breigh bent over backwards to get me in a beautiful apartment within 1 day. I was at the District at West Market when it was condemned and the entire building had 1 hour to evacuate in freezing temperatures with zero notice. They truly jumped through hoops to put a roof over my head when the city condemned the property and gave us nowhere to go. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

  I have had the opportunity to live at CityView for a couple months now and am just totally impressed by the office staff and the work they do. They are so friendly and it’s absolutely contagious. The residents are really neighbors, and I’ve greeted so many friendly people in passing. I looked at so many properties before applying here, and can’t complain one bit. CityView is a gem. I came from somewhere almost double the rent and find all of the amenities, community events, and services I enjoyed before, but close enough to walk to the city and enjoy food and local events. 10/10

  I had an amazing tour with Sarah G at City View! She was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely informative throughout the entire walkthrough. Sarah took her time explaining every detail about the units we viewed and made sure all of my questions were answered clearly. Her professionalism and friendly energy made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Honestly, when you have a leasing consultant as great as Sarah, it will literally have you considering breaking your lease just to work with someone who cares this much. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond to help you find the right place, Sarah is the one you want to work with. Highly recommend!

  I lived here for about 2 years and it was ok. Location was great and the amenities were alright. Fairly quiet for the most part so I did enjoy that but the property and buildings were not clean at all. You could see wood on the outside that was rotting or falling apart. One time there was a trash bag left outside for months before someone decided to do something. When I first moved in they put me in a unit that was nothing like their model units. Totally different layout, smaller, no counter space/cabinets. When I said something to the office they were actually very helpful and were able to transfer me to a unit that matched what they showed me. They had an office staff member who was great and very helpful but once they left it all went down hill. Some people got moved around and management was rude and not helpful. I went in to ask why I was paying extra for something one month and I was getting the run around until the person I was speaking with finally called the property manager to come speak to me and when she did she asked me why I was being so difficult. This complex was okay but I feel like you can find much better in Greensboro.
