Instead of handling the situation with basic professionalism or empathy, I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive way. There’s no reason any resident should be treated like that, especially when approaching the office calmly and respectfully. Kindness and communication cost nothing, yet they make all the difference in how a community feels. The lack of respect here says a lot about how management views its residents.

The property manager and the office staff are great. The maintenance guys are friendly and respond promptly to requests. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part and the lake is beautiful! I recommend Bridford Lakes to all my friends and coworkers. Very happy here!
- AWAyauna WAug 17, 20252.0I have had a great experience with this property in the past but the level of quality has downgraded. I have been here since 2023 and this year I am truly disappointed on the work and communication that has happened for the past few weeks. The hvac was leaking and maintenance sprayed white paint over it and I asked if it could get a touch up so maintenance proceeded to do this to my wall. The only response I got for this is “ we no longer use the paint you have in your unit and we will order the paint that matches” this was after I complained about this. I am truly disappointed and they also left my bathroom by my shower hose tacky. If you are a new resident you may have a good year but after that year management does not care about the quality they give you. After my lease is over I will be moving.
