During a very difficult time in my life, when my son was undergoing chemotherapy and my finances were deeply impacted due to me missing so much work , LaNyra went above and beyond to give me extra time to submit my payments. She worked with me to ensure my children and I were able to maintain stable housing and offered resources that genuinely helped us stay afloat.
