  We’ve been renting a few months now and had a high water bill suddenly. Progress texted me saying they were going to send someone out right away without me even prompting them. Renato, our technician, checked all of our toilets and even completed the repairs all while my baby was asleep. He was extra careful to keep his noise level down and was so accommodating. Progress Residential has restored my faith in rental companies. You won’t be disappointed!

  We had a service request and Alvaro came out and was very prompt @2:30 was appt was between 1&5 . The had to decide weather to order parts or replace appliance and he was very friendly and had answered my questions and left supposed to advise with answer and time frame. Will update when answered.

  Alvaro came out to assist with a service maintenance request. Upon his arrival I realized that he had previously come to fix the garage and I hadn't had a chance to give him cuddos from his outstanding service that day so i wantrd to ensure i gave this review today to acknowledge his kindness, professionalism, and unparalleled work that he has completed for my rental property! He deserves a reward! Thank you Alvaro!

  I have been living in my home about 3 years maintenance can be hit or miss, but overall I like the neighborhood. I will say I don't think they want long time renters. My rent has went up every year since I have been here. This year as I go into year 4 my rent went up $150. I reached out to their specialist to see if I could keep my same rate as a loyal tenant and also the fact that there are several houses in my area they are renting for significantly less some with even more bedrooms than mine. They asked for the list, and I sent it. The response to me was that since my lease renews in March the rates are higher in March than in December so no my rent could not stay the same. Very disheartening as the house below is on my street. Listed for $2180 4 bedrooms (notice the date says 3/2 even after the lady told me that)my home is only 3 bedrooms and the rent is going up to from $2214 to $2358. I didn't ask for a decrease- I just asked to keep my rate-they said no. I renewed my lease for another year as I had no option this year, but next year I know that I will need to move which is unfortunate. Great home but read the fine print- and do your homework.

  Unfortunately, my experience at this residential property has been very poor. Management is difficult to reach and slow to respond to tenant concerns. Maintenance issues were reported multiple times but were not resolved in a timely manner. Communication lacks transparency, especially regarding fees and lease terms. Despite providing proper notice and following the lease agreement, I was still charged excessive and unexpected fees. This situation caused unnecessary stress and financial burden. I expected professionalism and fairness, which were not provided. I hope management takes tenant concerns seriously in the future. I would not recommend this property to others.
