Luckily, Kipling Village was one of them. I was able to schedule a meeting with my client and Zach Dilday. From the time we walked in, Zach was very professional and explained everything in such a manner that made my buyer confident to move forward with a contract. Zach sat down with us and thoroughly explained all the details to us. There were no surprises and the process was very smooth with Zach. I have worked with many buyers on new construction but this one has been the smoothest yet and I feel it was due to having Zach be a part of our team for this transaction. I greatly appreciated all his knowledge about Ryan Homes and the building process. Hope to bring another buyer to work with Zach soon!
