He followed up quickly and was responsive and professional every time we interacted. He has been a pleasure to work with and has made himself available any time of the day or evening. He encouraged questions to ensure we had the necessary information we needed. He has always gone above and beyond and we appreciate his dedication to doing an outstanding job for Ryan Homes. At 1st I was all over the place and overwhelmed, but with Heather walking me through ever concern I was able to stop overthinking. I've met with Marisa & Corey regarding finances/loan and they have been patient and answered every concern also. Lastly, I met with Ben my Project Manager who walked me through each step of the building process, Gave me step by step in the process and what to expect. He also stated he will be giving by updates through the building of my home & if I had any questions or concerns during this time I can reach out to him. I'm looking forward to working with everyone on this Team. Will give an update once I've moved into my new home.

- NCNic CullenDec 18, 20223.0House for the most part is okay however build quality is not the best. -Flooring is extremely cheap and we even upgraded to Whitby package. -Counter tops included with the Whitby package are falling apart. Everyone we worked with throughout the building process was amazing however if I could do it over again I would go with Pulte.
