  If you're looking for an incredible experience in luxury apartment living then look no further. 🫡 The staff is amazing and will go above and beyond for their residents. Makayla and Aisha thank you for making the move in process easy and for your ongoing dedication to ensuring every detail is met with perfection. 🎀👌🏽🎀 Also a huge shout out to the hardworking and exceptional maintenance team who make living here a wonderful place to call home. 🏡 Living here is a great experience and I love the diversity and unique things residents contribute to our community. Polite and very respectful. It's nice to be surrounded by so many amazing people. 🇺🇸

  I would not recommend living here. For months, I have been dealing with a strong marijuana smell coming into my apartment. I wake up in the middle of the night or early in the morning just to use the bathroom, and the smoke hits me in the face. It seeps into my bedroom and takes hours to clear out. I am assuming their is another tenant smoking in their bathroom because they know how sensitive the fire alarms are in the other parts of the apartment and the smell travels into my air vent. I have called the police multiple times, and they confirmed the smell of marijuana but said they could not determine exactly where it was coming from. Management has been notified several times, and I have also submitted multiple noise complaints. Nothing has changed. Instead of taking meaningful action, I was told to just keep calling the police so they could “come smell it.” That makes no sense when I’ve already done that and the issue remains unresolved. As someone who pays rent on time, causes no problems, and respects the property, I expected at least an effort to investigate and address the situation. It is extremely frustrating to feel unheard in your own home. It has been well over a month since I have heard anything about my situation. I also suggested transferring to another apartment to avoid the constant noise and marijuana smell. Although this would be an inconvenience for me, I was willing to move just to resolve the issue. However, I still have not received a response about whether that would even be an option. I was also told that I would have to repay all the move-in fees again, even though I am not the one causing the problem. It feels unfair to be further inconvenienced and financially penalized for an issue that is not my fault. It’s wonderful to see that others are having a great experience with their stay; however, I am not, and I simply wanted to let future residents know that everything isn’t peaches and cream here like the other reviews are implying. I definitely would not recommend signing a lease here. I truly wish I had researched more before moving in, and I will not be renewing my lease. I also only gave two stars because the maintenance men are amazing and will try their best to help you with anything!

  Zack and Daniel were excellent! They installed the washer and dryer quickly, professionally, and made the whole process easy. Great service.

  Personally, I spoke to Mrs. Alisha, over the phone and through zoom and she showed me what the apartment looks like and discussed payments. Already filled out a form of application. But this is a long journey for me. I will finally have a place I can call home.
