  My fiancé and I love our experience with the Hampton thus far. Candice was very responsive and respectful with any questions we had about our upcoming move in process. We got the call we were accepted a week after putting in our application, which I applaud because it ca be so stressful waiting on the yes or no call from a place. I’m excited to see what this new year will have in store for us in our new home.

  Update 6/29 that nonsense reply means nothing. Now we can’t use the sister community amenities AND the pool’s still closed but we saw people coming out of it when we were coming back home. Don’t expect the pool to be open on weekends unless the employees are going to be using it themselves. We had to go to the sister community because ours still had the closed sign up well after 10AM. When we got there, another couple told us they asked the maintenance guy to open it and he said he’d do so soon. An hour later it still wasn’t open so they also went to the sister community. When we got back, he had opened it for himself and his family with the closed sign still up.

  Maintenance is pretty darn awesome. He's done some major repairs very quickly, very accurately, and efficiently. Kudos to the maintenance team here!!!

  Nice apartments great staff, appliances suck, your neighbors will hear everything, and my downstairs neighbor is a fat racist lady. Air conditioning frequently goes out
