  My entire experience with Kai was phenomenal!!!! He truly worked for me and my best interest. When you work with him you have family for life. Every holiday he's sending gifts to my home be it Veterans Day or Easter. Definitely using him to buy my next house

  Kai was absolutely amazing and always went the extra mile for us. He helped not only selling our previous home, but also helping us to find a home that we liked, in an area that was favorable. He made himself available if we needed him. If i am ever in the market to buy another house, I plan to go through him again.

  As a disabled Army Veteran, I and my family relied on Kai to walk us through the process of selling our home and finding a new one. This was no easy task as what we were looking for in the “buying process” was unique and difficult in today’s market. With that said, Kai went ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations we had. The poor man was assaulted with questions and all the emotions that we as both Seller and Buyer could possibly have. With care, compassion and a lot of patience he navigated us through both processes and in about a month we will be moving into our new forever home. Kai has become a great friend to our family and will always be welcome in our home. We cannot recommend a man high enough and the KW team behind him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
