  I’ve lived here for about two years, and I’ve experienced ongoing issues with my HVAC system since the day I moved in. I’m repeatedly told that the problem has been “taken care of,” yet the issues continue. There has also been a leak in both the living room and the second bedroom for months. Maintenance has again stated that everything is “taken care of,” but the problem clearly persists. At this point, I’m extremely frustrated with the entire situation and am very much looking forward to moving out of these apartments.

  ⭐️ ONE STAR! Absolutely horrible and unsafe living conditions. I currently live in this apartment complex and cannot wait to move out!! Please stay far away from this place. The building is infested with roaches, and the fruit flies are out of control. There have been constant leaks and water coming from the ceiling, and despite being told everything was “freshly renovated,” when I moved in, that was proven to be completely false, the pipes clearly haven’t been tested, and my entire ceiling even collapsed because of the water damage. To make matters worse, there was a fire in the unit right next door, and management handled it terribly. The smoke smell filled my apartment, and I had to take a few days away from home because it was unbearable. I have two young children, and this is not a safe or healthy living environment. I was offered no rent reduction, and they did nothing to remove the smell or ensure safety. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and extremely poorly managed. I’m moving out as soon as possible. Please stay far away from this complex because it’s been nothing but a nightmare.
