- AAAlisonAug 20, 20251.0This person, Mary Drummond, is the wrong person to run any kind of business. Shes a slumlord from hell as are her employers. All they want is their money but refuse to fix anything wrong in your house. My son's toilet has been leaking for well over a year as well as my backdoor. My closet is literally coming apart at the "seams". Things that were supposed to be done before we moved in and weren't. It took them 3 months for me to have a refrigerator. 3 MONTHS!! No apologies no nothing. Couldn't feed my son regular home-cooked meals because I had nowhere to store food. They do NOT care bout their residents. All they want is their money while continuing to up rent every single year!!! Rising costs of living are already bad. Then today I was given a notice bout my lights, now given I told the original manager I signed my lease with I tried to switch my lights but they needed the manager to call. Well, said manager quit. Then a new manager took over named Megan I believe, I told her bout my lights. She told me not to worry bout my lights and they were just going to leave them in SouthLawns name for now. That was the last time I heard anything bout it til today when I was given 2 days to put them in my name!! I have my son here but they don't care. I asked the new manager to give me til the 30th and she flat out told me no. She wouldn't even ask her boss so it would give me time for the deposit. So now I have to repay these people money on lights when I was told not to worry bout by Megan. Now, I guess I have to get an attorney involved. Which is just more money. Im not letting them take advantage of harworking people. Especially after I had to live 3 months with no fridge. Karma will come around. It always does.
