- VRVynetta RamirezFeb 4, 20265.0Snow, Ice or Rain, the phenomenol staff of Olympus at Jack Britt Apartment community made life happen for me. Despite the inclement weather, Shari-Ann wasted zero minutes answering my questions, concerns and accomodating me into her already busy schedule. She provided me a tour of several apartment units and the community. Shari-Ann understands customer service and knows how to to treat people with diginity, respect and genuien care. Property Manager Jennifer was also very accomodating with my short notice request and adjustments to move-in/Key day. Since I am new to the area, she guided me to my local stores and nearby services. As I mentioned, the Snow, Ice and Rain did not stop the team from getting me situated with keys to the apartment. As I spent half the day completing the lease agreement documents and initial set up of utilities, I notice the maintenance team was very well organized, cohesive, and supportive of the tenants needs. The property is well cared for and I look forward to living in this nice growing community. If space becomes available, I would recommend this property to other small families that are new to the area.

The prices are way too high for it to come with nothing. The neighbors don’t respect quiet hours and they do nothing about it. I don’t recommend anyway living here.!!!!!!!
