  My entire experience with Kai was phenomenal!!!! He truly worked for me and my best interest. When you work with him you have family for life. Every holiday he's sending gifts to my home be it Veterans Day or Easter. Definitely using him to buy my next house

  Kai was absolutely amazing and always went the extra mile for us. He helped not only selling our previous home, but also helping us to find a home that we liked, in an area that was favorable. He made himself available if we needed him. If i am ever in the market to buy another house, I plan to go through him again.

  Working with Kai has been phenomenal. He is very knowledgable about the area, and knows a LOT about houses, repairs, improvements, and has an amazing list of reliable contractors and handymen. I absolutely recommend using Kai as a realtor.

  The quality of service, the prompt action and response to either voice, text or email by Kai Murphy was absolutely the best we have ever experienced and this is the 6th house we have bought. Kai went way beyond what I expected; he helped with setting up services, gave up information on local vendors and even assisted me, on his own time, with putting up shelves. He also gave my wife a Welcome Basket which was very thoughtful. In our case, we bought a new home and he fought for us with the builder whenever anything in the home was not up to par. Kai represented my daughter in buying her new home, providing her the same high level of professional service; my wife and I are recommending my granddaughter and two nieces use Kai's services. I doubt you can find a better agent. He is a talented, dedicated, caring real estate agent.
