  I have been a resident here for less than a month and have experienced multiple concerns since move-in. There has been ongoing roach activity in my unit, including German cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas. I have documented multiple live sightings as well as droppings. I emailed management twice regarding the pest issue and did not receive a direct response addressing my unit. A general email was later sent to residents stating that maintenance is currently understaffed and that pest control requests are being handled in order of submission, but no specific treatment date or resolution was provided. In contrast, management has consistently responded to my emails regarding repeated late-night noise disturbances from the unit below me, which have occurred between approximately 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. I was advised to contact law enforcement rather than having the matter handled internally. The unit did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to move-in, as the windows and screens were visibly dirty. Additionally, the amenities do not reflect the condition shown in online marketing materials. The playground equipment has damaged areas, and the dog park and common grounds are not consistently maintained. Animal waste is frequently left throughout the property, including walking areas. For the rent being charged, I expected a clean, properly maintained, and professionally managed environment. I hope these issues are addressed promptly for the benefit of current and future residents.

  Dont waste your time. The only time the people in the front office will ever be helpful or nice is when they’re trying to get you to sign a lease with them, after that the attitudes reflect their true colors. The maintenance staff are the nicer ones around here. Roaches everywhereee and they tell you pest control is handling it. Nope. Don’t answer the office phones either, another tenant here left a review and got a comment back saying to give them a call and they called multiple times and got no answer or a call back lol a few people got robbed out here a week ago so definitely feels unsafe now. Don’t waste your money here.

  The place is really quiet and serene. The office people, especially the Assistant Property Manager, are really accommodating. As for the actual unit, I got more than what I was expecting, it was clean, cozy, and spacious. I am so far satisfied.
