- RSRob SteadApr 5, 20261.0The sales team will tell you anything to sell you the house, and when in doubt will redirect you another direction. Any doubts I would fact check with caution. Regarding warranty concerns - multiple residents have had an issue with water smell, specifically only the newer section built by Ryan Homes. Enough to take the take time to go door to door with numbers to present the case. Pat Cronshaw who called about this matter said he “only handles” the warranties, while he’s meanwhile the Regional Director - and nothing further will be done. After the main water lines have recently been tested furthermore. Extremely displeased and will express it any chance I can.
