He gave me and my husband so much information about the home buying process while we was in contract he answered all our questions he gave us hope even when me and my husband didn’t have none. He is also so funny and trustworthy. One thing we admired about him is he didn’t just treat us like a sell or just a buyer. We are so thankful for Perry and all the hard work he been putting in for the last 9 months to help us become home owners and I can’t wait to work with him again. 🫶🏾 And also shout out to Ms.Kathy she was our loan officer she also gave us so much information on budgeting and making sure our credit was good.
