I you come in and Carlos is working you will be yelled at then told to leave but not before he screams at you some more, then heads to his little office slams the door and calls the cops on you and has you trespassed. Yes I admit I sometimes don't use the best language when a speak but I never raised my voice, nor was I aggressive or threatened anyone. I even tried to apologize and finish the conversation but he instead just got louder. I then walked outside was approached by police and told not to come back.
