  I lived here for two years and I'm a huge fan! Great facilities, particularly the gym. And the management and staff were always lovely. Amazon package delivery could be improved and it is a bit pricey, but overall I loved living at the Reserve

  Great place. Good neighborhood, affordable rent price and very responsive on-site services. Fix the oven and the door lock after placing the request within 2days with no costs. Highly recommended

  Great experience touring and moving into the Reserve at Patterson Place. Great complex. Jade (and also Devin) were super helpful as we navigated the process. Experience so far has been wonderful!

  I recently toured The Reserve at Patterson Place with Devin, and I can confidently say it was the best apartment tour I’ve ever experienced. I needed a unit available before December, and she went above and beyond to find me the perfect 🤩 floor plan that matched every requirement I had and even exceeded my expectations. Devin is truly exceptional at what she does. Her professionalism, warm personality, and deep knowledge of the community made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She guided me through a beautiful, quiet, and well-kept neighborhood and helped me secure a spot that feels like the perfect home. If you’re looking for a place that’s peaceful, beautiful, and managed by someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit, Devin is absolutely the person you want to work with. She’s easily one of the best leasing professionals I’ve ever met. Highly recommend touring here you’ll be impressed from start to finish!
