  Where do I start, I recently moved to The Avenues at RTP and my experience has been amazing. I’m very grateful for the staff in prioritizing my needs and wants. Thank you Ms. Jessica you’ve been customer service has been outstanding.

  I moved here (Durham,NC) from MD one month ago. My experience here has been AWESOME. Mission Triangle Point Apartments are beautiful and affordable. I really love my apartment! The neighborhood is very peaceful and my dealings with people have been very pleasant. My interactions with the leasing professionals have been AMAZING. Shout out to Mara and Cindy. They are absolutely lovely and very professional. Anything I may have needed, they were quick to assist me. When I came here all the way from Maryland, they were welcoming! I was a little late arriving to get the keys and Mara made sure I got settled. Cindy is so kind and helpful! I love the fact that the leasing office engages with the community. Unfortunately because I was on a diet, I couldn’t take full advantage of all the free food/snacks that were provided lol. But that’s ok I’m off my diet now lol. I would totally recommend this apartment complex. Thanks!

  I just moved here recently and I dont have anything but good things to say. It's only 2 people in the office and though i sometimes have to call more than once, they are pretty friendly and help me with whatever I need. I was looking for apartments FOREVERRR and one of the reasons I live here now is bc they were the onky complex that answered the phone and emailed me info that day. After the covid thing my income changed A LOT. Pricing was really important to me. What I pay cant be beat. Close enough to Briar Creek to make me happy but not paying that kind of rent. The onky reazon for 4 star is bc I wanted a renovated one but they didn't have any when I moved. Good. Quiet and my apt is clean..
