  I’ve been living at this apartment in Durham for over two years, and it has honestly felt like home. The location is perfect since it’s very close to Duke University, which is great if you study or work there. The maintenance team is amazing, and the amenities are always kept in great condition. The people who work here are what make this place special. They’re considerate, friendly, and over time they’ve become like family to me. If price isn’t your main concern and you want a comfortable place near Duke, this apartment is an easy choice.

  I’m enjoying living here. This is my second year. Terrazzo is amazing building to live in. I enjoy the quiet , clean place , nice community and the swimming pool. Their maintenance team are very helpful, and respond fast for any problem. Their Management team Billie and Sarah take care of everything to make our lives easier. Also I enjoy the events organized by the team. Maintenance team are amazing Specially JB , he is very talented and helpful.

  Whitaker showed us around today and was so helpful. Took us to tour 5 different units and explained everything we needed to know about the leasing process and made us super comfortable. He was just a great guy and since we are out of state he told us all his favorite things to do around town and I’m currently writing this from his burger stop recommendation. Once we signed the application he brought out mimosas for us to celebrate. 10/10

  What an amazing property! I'm considering moving to the Durham area and I was blown away by Terrazzo! Lovely staff, fantastic amenities, and some of the best apartment features I've seen! Slow close drawers, two tone cabinets, glass showers, upgraded appliances, and tall ceilings are just a few of the many gorgeous apartment features. I will be leasing here when I move to Durham!
