  My experience at the Retreat at RTP has been delightful. The staff is incredibly friendly and prompt. I would like to express my gratitude to Genesis Tucker, who is always helpful and warmly welcomes me whenever I call or visit the office.

  GENESIS IS REALLY HELPFUL ALWAYS WHEN I NEED INFORMATION ABOUT ANYTHING SHE IS ALWAYS EAGAR TO HELP ME ABOUT MY APARTMENT.

  1/10 don’t recommend. Some of the staff are inconsiderate, and rude. Specifically Courtney (as I also see in the comments) There was no patience with my move in progress and gratefully I was denied. Which wasn’t the problem, the communication was. It was all new to me and of course I had questions. It was a hectic process with it all. Long story short, Im having the same issues as some of you in these comments. I was told I would receive my refund within 3 weeks and didn’t. I waited and waited to check back with them (for their sake) and they ended up telling me it wasn’t even sent out to be issued back to me. I waited and waited again. Currently still waiting and they now say it’s problems with the other end? Who? What other end? Why wasn’t I updated on that UNTIL asked? It’s very inconvenient and unprofessional. They brush it off like it’s nothing. Who do I need to get in contact with??? Edit: YOU REPLIED!! I have sent multiple emails already and I have been back and forth to the office. I will be visiting AGAIN between 11/22 and 11/23. See what the issue is this time. Hopefully none, because I don’t mind going to court. This is ridiculous. Ive been waiting about 3 months now. It’s very inconvenient and inconsiderate.
