  I love living here. The building is high end. The amenities are beautiful. The views are fabulous. The staff treats you like you are the only tenant that lives here. They actually care about you and your happiness. The maintenance staff is excellent and friendly. The people who live in the building are respectful. The security staff help in so many ways. I absolutely love living here. I've lived in multiple buildings in downtown durham and this is by FAR the BEST experience in a condo building so far. I will be staying.

  I had an great tour with Deron who was extremely knowledgeable about the building and the downtown area! If you go to One City Center make sure to ask for him

  We have lived in One City Center since October and absolutely love it. The view from our place is incredible. The amenities are 5 star and the staff is amazing. And the location in downtown Durham can’t be beat!
