  Current management is very attentive to any issues or maintenance requests. I personally will not be renewing after my lease ends. Very nice luxury apartments on the surface, although cheaply built. Thin walls with the headache of hearing everything beneath or above you. High water bill. Most of the residents are elders and community feels more geared towards ages 55+. Do not expect your packages to be delivered to your door, you will have to hunt for them on a continuous basis. Delivery app Fetch that is included in your rent is a joke. Overall ok living, may be suitable for some but not for me.

  Terrible experience renting here, townhouse flooded twice from fire closet that is attached to end of unit.

  The leasing desk is impossible to get in touch with. We moved out in August and it’s now the end of October. We’re still trying to get in contact with them about our deposit refund. I’ve called at multiple hours of the day, left voicemails and emails for three days straight and no one has gotten in contact with me.
