  Been here just over a month can’t complain. Property is beautiful and quiet. The staff was super helpful during my leasing and for the move .. Thanks again

  The apartment building is fine but beware of their shady practices. I leased this apartment 4 years ago, moved out in 2 months(found own home to buy). We opted for the option where you pay until they find a new tenant to sublease our apartment. I have a signed document. But they still kept adding the rent penalty to our account, never sent us any email about the closing statements. Couple of years when we again moved, we found these charges on our credit. Apart from this they’ve also charged us for painting and mold. The mold that was a building issue and we didn’t cause it in the short span of 2 months that we lived there. According to them, I owe them $4,150 I know the employees have changed but it’s still the same company that manages the property.

  Lived in these apartments for about 1.5 years and had a positive experience. Apartments are well-maintained and are in a good location, feeling tucked away but only 5 mins from Southpoint. Maintenance is very responsive and reliable. Community is pretty quiet and private. Only criticism I have is that office staff can be a bit difficult to contact at times, can take a couple of calls to reach someone, but you usually can reach someone after a bit. Would recommend living here overall!
