If you are reading reviews before signing a lease here, please take your time and document everything. This review reflects my personal experience as a former resident.
My experience with the leasing office changed drastically the moment I signed the lease. Before signing, communication was friendly and accommodating. Immediately after signing, the tone shifted. When I tried to ask normal questions about my lease and unit, I was told staff did not have time and was treated in a way that felt dismissive and hostile.
During my lease, I felt like I was constantly being warned about potential charges for small things. For example, I was told I could be charged simply for filling water jugs at the office, which felt excessive and unreasonable to me.
There were also serious maintenance issues. My shower was leaking into the unit below. I reported it, and instead of fixing it promptly, I was told not to use my own shower. I waited roughly two months for repair while still paying full rent. Living in a unit where you cannot properly use basic facilities is unacceptable in my opinion.
After move-out, most or all of my deposit was kept (around $1,000 to the best of my recollection), and additional charges were added to my account that I personally found excessive and not clearly justified. When I questioned them, the situation escalated toward collections rather than resolution, which was extremely concerning.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to document unit condition at move-in and move-out, keep every email, and carefully review every fee policy in writing.
