  Great place. Good neighborhood, affordable rent price and very responsive on-site services. Fix the oven and the door lock after placing the request within 2days with no costs. Highly recommended

  I recently toured The Reserve at Patterson Place with Devin, and I can confidently say it was the best apartment tour I’ve ever experienced. I needed a unit available before December, and she went above and beyond to find me the perfect 🤩 floor plan that matched every requirement I had and even exceeded my expectations. Devin is truly exceptional at what she does. Her professionalism, warm personality, and deep knowledge of the community made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She guided me through a beautiful, quiet, and well-kept neighborhood and helped me secure a spot that feels like the perfect home. If you’re looking for a place that’s peaceful, beautiful, and managed by someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit, Devin is absolutely the person you want to work with.   Nice apartment complex, newer and well maintained. Maintenances staff responsive and very nice. Leasing staff is also super nice and willing to help you in anyway they can. Landscaping is nice as well and landscaping crew is courteous . The other neighbors are friendly . Good location close to everything you need. Close to I-40 and Chapel Hill and Durham are easy to get too. Facilities such as pool great and well maintained. Feel safe because two Durham police officers live on property. And they have a security guy. Plenty of lighting, sidewalks, pet friendly. Overall, a great place to live.
