Had a great experience throughout the whole process and highly recommend this group. Nick, Michael and Caison were all fantastic and we couldn’t be happier to raise our family here!

Had a really good Home buying experience with Solana by Pulte. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish, and our home was ready right on time. We love the quality, the finishes, and the appliances. The construction manager was great to work with—always responsive and helpful. Great community.

If it was up to me I would’ve given ZERO stars. This is my first new home, and I expected a lot more better from this community. Especially since it’s a newly built community, but what can I say to be honest sometimes I regret buying a home in this community because of it’s service. I looked at over 50 homes in countless places but no of course I decided to make a not so good decision and buy a home here. I should’ve read the reviews before buying a home here. If I bought a home in another place, at least I would’ve not had to deal with all the problems I’ve dealt with since I’ve moved here. The HOA has no manners on how to speak politely, one time I called to ask about the requirements for this community and she said “oh you’re not registered” and stuff and she did not have a good attitude at all. One time I parked my car on the sidewalk at night because I came late from work. And by the way when I parked my car on the sidewalk I parked in front of the sidewalk that is in front of my house. And there were so many other people whose cars were parked the same way. Guess what the next day I receive a letter in the mail saying that I am not supposed to “block the walking track” and park on the sidewalk whether it’s in front of my house or not. But no one else received that I guess because their cars were still parked like that. Along with all of that since I bought this house every night my master bedroom’s bathroom light goes out every night and doesn’t come back till the next afternoon until 1pm. There were electricians coming to my house to fix that multiple times, but it never worked because the next day it would happen again. And I am still having that problem. I don’t know when it’s going to get fixed. And you have to ask for permission for literally everything here. Like I just needed to put a small building in my backyard but no they told me no they said I couldn’t put one here. So overall I’d not recommend buying a house here until the HOA board changes.

I don't even know where to start! This is our fourth new home, and so far, the experience with the Homeowners Association (HOA) and the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has been the worst we've had.
It's tough to say something negative about my own neighborhood, but I really wouldn't recommend buying here until the current HOA board is changed, especially the person who's been causing problems for neighbors. For me, the final straw was when they took a picture of a tree on the sidewalk. Even though their own rules say the HOA is supposed to take care of it, they decided that responsibility would fall on the homeowners instead, even though it's not on our property. It seems absurd.
Loud obnoxious vehicles speed through the neighborhood, it’s not worth the money.
They promised us a big, beautiful playground, but what we got is something much cheaper than what you'd find at a fast food place. The pool has been delayed and is not being cleaned as often as it should be, and there are no pet waste stations, so there's dog poop everywhere. Basically, don’t expect to receive any respect from the HOA or anything Pulte promised.
