We did not get an appointment at the opening but we were able to buy a townhome there anyway. Jack and Heather welcomed us and made our purchasing experience a pleasant one. Jack in particular gave us the relevant information and guided us through the option selections etc. He has been following up all through and is very responsive when we have a question. Heather fills in also and reaches out if needed. All in all, I would highly recommend a visit for anyone looking for a townhome in the Durham area.
