Worse place to live choose somewhere else not only have I had to have all my appliances changed within. The first 6 months but there is constantly an issue here every month. There is a roach infestation. Management does not care about your complaints. They are currently doin construction unlicensed on the steps of the complex and it is very loud every day until the sun goes down. It starts at 7 am and they are drilling and hammering breaking concrete all day with no empathy for the people who are already overpaying to live here so if u think you will get quiet enjoyment of the property think again. The water in the whole complex goes out at least a couple times a month. There are so many hidden fees they put in the rent. Water leaks dirty water mold in apartments. My one neighbor had mold growing in her bathroom for months before they did anything about it after complaining a number of times. The HVAC system is terrible. The windows leak air duke energy bill will be high. The dishwashers leak dirty water on your floor have even had mine changed and it still leaks water in the floor as well as other appliances. When u make a complaint to maintenance they act as if you don't know what you are talking about they will not fix most of your stuff until you are on your 3rd complaint. I have even been told my this by one of the maintenance men. Live somewhere else it's not worth it or the money they are asking for it even if you have to downsize the only good thing about this place is the location. Management sucks they lose payments if not paid online often them try to say you haven't paid your rent always get a receipt. They spend all their money to make the office look nice for potential new residence don't be fooled

There’s so much to say about this apartment complex and none of it is good. One major thing to consider is that now they have no visible email and the only option to contact them by is phone call or in person. So literally writing a Google review is the only way to have anything written down. I first noticed this problem for me when I didn’t get any sort of follow up documentation about the agreed upon lease renewal, this sort of documentation that would have apparently include a random increase to liability. The initial amount of needed liability is still in my first lease btw. Trying to figure out what this increase coverage was felt like me trying to shake a dead magic 8 ball for answers. Also you will 100% experience your water being randomly turned off and no emergent email (from some service portal that is a no reply email) from them. Sure I could have called the office but truthfully I (1) don’t want to talk to people who very clearly don’t care, and (2) some things need to be written down (hence this review). There’s a reason that professional businesses have emails, and there’s a reason that professionals businesses have clear documentation.
