  Moving into Duke Manor Apartments has been a genuinely smooth experience so far. One of the biggest reasons is the excellent support from the leasing agent, Jasmaine. From the first enquiry through the move-in process, she has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. If you are considering moving here and have questions about the process, I would definitely recommend giving Jasmaine a call. Her willingness to help and her quick responses made the entire move-in experience far less stressful.

  The washer machine stopped working. They replace it. The one they brought was even worst than the fist one, does not drain and the clothes stays soaked. The technicians came, they look at it, said that load must be small as the washers are designed for students to do small loads daily, recommended to load it less and they left. Today, with only 2 pants 34 size, not even oversize clothes, the washer does not spin properly. It has been 3 weeks on this dilema, over $140 spend on outside laundry services and dry cleaning and still no luck. Another addition. The washer is leaking water when draining, therefore, the low budget floor material is coming off. The apartment is designed to depreciate and get damage even with extra care, assuming they would get that from your deposit or send you a bill at the end of your lease. Of course, the quotes to fix the apartment will be done by them. If you looking to live in a place where your appliances gets broken every once a month, this is the place. Probably, this message is going to be replied by AI and the management company won’t take a look, but hope is useful for people that are considering renting hereto do not even schedule a tour.

  You can experience challenges with your appliances in the apartment but when you maintenance they usually solve the issues fast. Luis Peralta assist us with our sink processor that stopped working and he was professional, polite and solved it in timely manner.

  Maintenance man Daniel did a good job fixing the light in my oven and checking on my ac unit. It was not working last night but he changed filter and even cleaned the equipment outside much fresher in the home

  It is almost impossible to get maintenance to do a thing. I am a student. I am rarely at home. I get Duke energy bill of almost $300 just for using AC at 65 degrees. There is a faulty equipment in this apartment but i have been trying to get maintenance to come check it for more than a month.I have to pay ridiculous amount of energy bill just because their equipment is faulty!!!Duke Manor Apartments are horrible to live in Update: Angel( the manager)from the leasing office reached to me. My heating system was corrected and a few other repairs made. Thank you.
