  I have been a resident here for 3 months now and I would like to say everyone in the office has been very helpful and nice and I love how the townhomes are made they are so beautiful inside and out anyone would love to live here .

  I keep seeing their posts on Craigslist but every time I call they have nothing available and no notices. They JUST posted on Craigslist two hours ago with no available units lol.

  Super long story shorter, my experience with Spring Ridge was horrific. I'm not an overly chatty person with those I don't know so I wasn't loving the fact that my initial visit last over an hour and a half and within that time I found out about the manager's daughter, ex-boyfriend, the expensive bag he bought her, and how he still doesn't want her even though he bought the bag after they broke up. Why do I need to know that!?! But I moved forward with the complex because personality differences happen. They then moved my original move in day from the 15th to the 18th even after I had said I needed to be in on the 15th. Not to mention, they never said anything to me, I just noticed it in the welcome letter, that was 2 weeks late, and brought it up, but I was getting a brand new upgraded apartment so I didn't argue. They then didn’t tell me the second date wasn’t going to happen, I had to call myself to find that out...two days before I was scheduled to move. They offered me paltry concession, which really was just them fixing their own problem. When I questioned the process of said concession (this was the day of my move), paying for my rental truck since my move in date was backed up by 4 days, they had no method in place. I was told I would be followed up with within in an hour once my questions were answered by the manager's supervisor. I never heard back. At all. So I cancelled my moving help and started looking for a new place. It was at this point that I found out through an online search that I was scheduled to live 3 doors down from a convicted felon! What!?! No. So that Saturday I started the search again and found a new place that could get me into an apartment in 2 days although I still had to pay for 4 days truck rental because everything so was up in the air I couldn't schedule moving help. This experience was a complete disaster and I've told everyone I know to stay away!
