  I am verry happy. I am 3 blocks from work. It's quiet and safe.. Rudy the agent made my rental experience smooth. All of the staff are personable and friendly. I love having plenty of parking. My latest experience was 04/01/2026. It was a Thursday morning and I have my 5yo on the weekends. I get him Friday evening and when we come home he looks out for the front light. Thusday morning i put in a work order hoping it would be fixed by friday. Well when I got home that evening i had a note that the problem was fixed. someone name Steve look out for me amazingly speedy. Thank you for getting that done it meant a lot to us.

  Pretty good. Honestly their pest control and maintenance is better than apartments that are double the price. James and angel from maintenance are the best and all my requests get solved within the week. Dryer wasn’t drying so they replaced the whole thing. Management is kinda sketchy though. Have been misled that my apartment didnt have a smoker before me but it reeked of cigarettes when I moved in. You get what you pay for though. Safe overall in my experience. Never even had any packages stolen. They do have a pretty strict towing policy for overnight guests though.

  The washer machine stopped working. They replace it. The one they brought was even worst than the fist one, does not drain and the clothes stays soaked. The technicians came, they look at it, said that load must be small as the washers are designed for students to do small loads daily, recommended to load it less and they left. Today, with only 2 pants 34 size, not even oversize clothes, the washer does not spin properly. It has been 3 weeks on this dilema, over $140 spend on outside laundry services and dry cleaning and still no luck. Another addition. The washer is leaking water when draining, therefore, the low budget floor material is coming off. The apartment is designed to depreciate and get damage even with extra care, assuming they would get that from your deposit or send you a bill at the end of your lease. Of course, the quotes to fix the apartment will be done by them. If you looking to live in a place where your appliances gets broken every once a month, this is the place. Probably, this message is going to be replied by AI and the management company won’t take a look, but hope is useful for people that are considering renting hereto do not even schedule a tour.
