- AMAustin MooreSep 30, 20251.0I would not recommend buying from this location. This is coming a little late, but my parents bought a double wide from Clayton homes in Dunn a few years ago. The lady they bought the home from told them to reach out with any repair work that would need to be done, no one would ever come out, and by the time we were going to be scheduled for someone to come out they said my parents had waited to long. Mind you they tried many times prior and I also tried as well to get someone to come and look at the repairs. The double wide is now going to need a new roof and they have had every window in the home redone(they were leaking). Also the flooring has had multiple soft spots that have had to be fixed. Maybe there’s was the outlier but I wouldn’t recommend.

I’m a firm believer that God always have his people in place when you need them. When I first meet Rodney his personality was polite and courteous. He introduced himself and told me he would be glad to help me in anyway that I needed. Long story 🤣. James and I are blessed to have purchased a home together Mr. Dent. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dent and Clayton homes staff. They are great!!!! Again thank you so much!!!!
