  I've been staying at these apts for 3 yrs. The staff, Leigh and Jewell are very professional and always respond to my needs and in a timely manner. They're so pleasant to deal with. Cody who is long term maintenance is a very pleasant and professional young man. Mike who just started in maintenance is so helpful in helping to maintain good care of the needs. Only one thing that isn't so easy to deal with is the steady increase in the rent by the owners without any improvements to the existing apts.

  Impossible to get in touch with. They never call back or answer the phone. was a waste of my time to attempt to rent an apartment with this management.

  Thankfully my time with Granville Oaks is coming to an end. These apartments are OVERPRICED ridiculously. It’s more steps in the townhouses than it is space. They are outdated. They do not fix things simply patch, paint over, and rig things that should be replaced. I’ve had two cabinets hanging off for months management knew about this when they decided to come step into everyone apartments when they knew corporate was coming, months later the cabinets are still hanging. The water bill amounts excessively increase month by month they blame it on Granville county that’s nonsense how about send someone out to check for water leaks as they have been told about this situation multiple times. The amenities are a joke… a gym that has four maybe five machines and weights that literally only one person at a time can attend. The pool stayed closed more than it did open. The pet park well that’s just a small space with a fence around it. The parking is HORRIBLE good luck with that unless you’re in a section in the back with tons of parking spaces. The top section by the office you literally have to hope there’s space there. My walls we can see whoever stayed here prior to us stuck letters on the wall they literally painted over it. For 1600 a month the quality of these apartments should be way better. The neighborhood is pretty quiet besides the factory noise from Altec and the random sirens. The location is ideal for easy access to 85 & creedmoor rd for travel. The company charges an addition 150/month if you chose not to renew your lease after the year is up. The prices of the complex now have increased to 1919/monthly for a 3 bedroom townhome aka apartment. It’s not worth the prices when the apartment is old and outdated.

  Very upscale suburban-style housing and I'll never forget Ashley, who works in the office. She has excellent customer service skills, was very friendly, the type of person you can tell is a genuinely good person within 60 seconds. I feel extremely comfortable with my mother moving there next month. Oh, and they have a HUGE pool, lounge area and a small workout room. Not a single complaint, excellent prices, they could easily charge more and it would be justified. It's that nice.
