  5 stars is not enough to reflect how amazing Kristi is. We worked with a couple other Realtors prior and after finding Kristi we never looked back. We started looking in the fall of 2024 and were hoping to find something by the end of the year. It was our first time buying a home so we really did not know exactly what we were looking for or how to navigate the process. Kristi helped us through EVERYTHING. Every time we sent her a house we may want to see she set it up quickly AND came back with 2-3 more in the area that she thought we also may want to see. We eventually made our first offer, which was declined and on that same weekend Kristi got us in to see what ended up being our dream home. The home we ended up buying was only on the market for one weekend, she dropped everything to make sure that we got a chance to see it that weekend and based on what she was seeing, her knowledge and expertise, she knew we would have to move quickly. She guided us through the rest of that weekend expertly, through the offer, negotiations, inspection and everything else. She was an absolutely invaluable resource. I often tell people that we got extremely lucky in finding and landing the house of our dreams. But the truth is that it wasn't really luck, it all came down to Kristi's knowledge, expertise, hustle and dedication. Kristi was there for us through the entire journey; through searching, declined offers, accepted offers, closing and even now almost 18 months after closing she still stays in touch. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  Working with Kristi made the daunting task of moving to a new state and buying a new home a stress-free experience! She came highly recommended to us and we now know why. From the day we met she worked hard to learn about our family to help us find a home that fit our needs. She took the time during one of our first trips to the greater Charlotte area to tour us around different towns and neighborhoods to get a feel for what we liked and needed. While we didn't find the perfect house during that first trip, she continued to work with us virtually from afar to continue our search. She advocated for us when needed and was a well-trusted set of eyes and ears when we couldn't see properties in person. We're happy to say we love our new home and town. We loved and appreciated working with Kristi and will continue to recommend her to all our friends and family!

  Kristi and her team were great with the sale of our home. Their knowledge of the real estate market allowed us to get the most value for our home. Kristi was always available for our questions and concerns and offered her professional opinion when needed. Kristi and her team were also fundamental in the purchase of our new home. Always in attendance for walk throughs with the builder. She also encouraged us to have a home inspection before closing. We were always places first and felt like a part of a family. We will refer anyone we know to the Vernon team, and will return if we sell/buy again in the future.
