- SFStephen FriesonJul 14, 20241.0I totally understand the community is still under development. There are a few things that need immediate addressing. For instance, the landscaping and lawn area around the mailboxes at the front entrance. I have written the HOA multiple times about this and gotten the response of the developer owns the property/HOA and nothing can be done by the HOA. There is literally no grass. The landscaping looks bad. There is no irrigation. For the price we are paying for these homes and the amount of HOA fees each month, there needs to be something done. Landscaping goes a long ways into making sure property values are maintained. I want to do my part to ensure we all have a beautiful community and high property values. If the HOA can threaten us about trash and recycle bins being left in the driveway, then doing something about dead grass and bad landscaping can be done too.

Austin Schill has been absolutely great in helping resolve issues and overall communication. You don’t find too many project managers willing to help out as much as he has.
