- RJRhoni JoinsJul 23, 20241.0If i could give a 1/5 of a start I would at this point. This is my first 6 months and I’m on 2 stove (gas leak that i was told was happening putting my life in danger and others ) and now about to be on my second washer because apparently every vital part in the washer just “went bad”….. twice!!! Oh by the way I’m waiting on the second motor to arrive in the mail that’s on order with the manufacturer. Yes, not Oaklawn Mills the manufacturer GE. Because after THEE DAY I signed my Oaklawn Mills hasn’t wanted to and hasn’t touch these appliances with a ten foot pole. Also, I have tried to report to Oawklawn Mills about exposed wires in common areas and they too they push off like hot potato to the non responsive HOA!!! Timeline Stove - first month and time i EVER turned the oven on, which is where the leak was found. Washer - over the last month and a half! No washer for a 6 weeks and counting!!! Yes, this review is full of emotion, possible typos AND FACTS. Catch me on another day when I feel like omitting the emotion. But FACTS will remain!!

Austin Schill has been absolutely great in helping resolve issues and overall communication. You don’t find too many project managers willing to help out as much as he has.
