  Writing this review is painful because buying a home should be a joyful milestone. At first, everything felt right—Chris, our sales representative, was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He truly made us feel taken care of during the sales process. But everything changed after we signed. The build quality has been disappointing. Issues that were clearly documented during the inspection were never fixed. Even worse, the warranty and construction teams have been dismissive and unresponsive—closing tickets without resolving anything or even bothering to follow up. One of the most frustrating problems has been our driveway. It’s unreasonably narrow, and when I reached out to ask about an extension, I was met with rudeness and zero willingness to help. I didn’t expect luxury treatment—but I did expect basic respect and some sense of accountability. We trusted this builder with our dream, but now we feel unheard and let down. Please be careful if you’re considering working with them. The service after the sale has made what should have been a happy chapter into a constant source of stress.

  Extremely Disappointed – Would Give Zero Stars if Possible My experience with Ryan Homes has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding their inconsistent construction plans. One major issue is the irregularity with driveways — plans seem to change frequently, and not for the better. Customers who purchased homes under the so-called "VIP launch program" were given smaller driveways, which is a clear indication of poor planning and unequal treatment. It’s frustrating to see new homeowners left dealing with the consequences of these erratic decisions while neighboring homes are built with different standards. I am surprised to see early home buyers become big looser here. More risk you take with Ryan Homes in buying a property the more you loose. Additionally, be prepared to spend a significant amount of time submitting warranty requests post-purchase. The build quality of these townhomes is subpar, and the lack of attention to detail becomes obvious shortly after moving in. Ryan Homes needs to be held accountable for their lack of consistency. I wish Ryan Homes will look into the consistency issues as soon as possible.

  We have booked a town home at Cannon Run by Ryan homes. Up to this point, we are extremely satisfied with our decision. Christian assisted us from the outset in identifying the appropriate unit and thoroughly explained the entire process until the closing. He made exceptional efforts to ensure that all our inquiries were addressed and our requirements fulfilled. I highly recommend this neighborhood, which features a reasonable price range and excellent schools, to anyone interested in townhomes in the Concord area.
