As a new resident of Emery Village I want to make sure to share by experience. I’m In love with the location! Very close to the highway especially when coming from work . I was rented by the amazing Yareli and her property manager Rachell. Omg those two are the best ! They made me and my girls feel welcome ! They both shared restaurant leads and were amazing from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. They even introduce me to her head supervisor Jorge that made sure that my apartment had all the nice appliances and was spotless . I truly am Very grateful for the service I have received at Emery and look forward to renewing our lease when the time comes . Thank Yareli , rachell and Jorge for making it home specially for us that we are coming out of state

Our maintenance man Jorge Was friendly and quick To fix our issues. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone that needs a Safe environment for their children. And the schools for this location are great as well.

- KLKey LoveSep 2, 20251.0Be cautious if you’re considering moving here. The stairwells are often dirty and not maintained regularly. Pest control is included in your fees, but they rarely show up. Parking is a BIG problem expect to park far from your building, especially if you get home late. Noise from neighbors is common, and there are often homeless individuals wandering the property and digging through the dumpsters. Management is slow to resolve issues. Also, be aware of fake positive reviews!
