- SESantiago EOct 15, 20251.0A classic example of the issues that this county is having with overpopulation, the number of houses built on the size lots provided is comical. This combination puts strain on our infrastructure and resources not to mention unnecessary strain on our school systems. Shame on this builder with their house per lot size ratio. This builder, like many others has ruined the charm that Cabarrus County once had.

After signing a contract for the Summerfield model, I found out that the base price for the same model has been reduced by $60,000. Despite bringing this to the sales team’s attention, they refused to adjust my contract price. This means my property’s value is effectively lower before I’ve even closed. The lack of flexibility and disregard for customer fairness has left me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a buyer. I expected better transparency and customer care from a builder with Pulte’s reputation
