We went home and applied and signed a lease soon after. Colleen is a true asset to this place and a rare breed. Not too many people have her service and/or communication skills. We moved in and are very happy with community!

Honestly she was a deciding factor for us due to her hospitality and helpfulness with the transition into our new home. The Views had really nice amenities, our family enjoys using the lounge when we have visitors and the gym is well maintained and clean. The facilities are fantastic and we would highly recommend moving to The Views at Flowers.
