From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by how upscale, clean, and well-maintained the entire community is. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and everything feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. One of the best features for me is their flexible short-term lease options — I love that they offer 3-month leases, which made moving in so much easier for my situation. It’s rare to find such high-quality apartments that are also flexible! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile and quick to respond to any requests or questions. Their warmth and attentiveness make the community feel welcoming and stress-free. If you’re looking for a modern, upscale apartment with a great atmosphere and caring staff, Arbor of East Village is truly the place to be! Highly recommend!

The maintenance staff is top notch always quick to respond and incredibly professional. The leasing office team is just as impressive, always greeting you with bright smiles and ready to help with any questions or concerns. The location is another big plus. Being just down the road from downtown Clayton means you get a quiet, residential feel while still having easy access to shops, restaurants, and local events. The community itself is vibrant and welcoming. There are fun resident events throughout the year that help bring neighbors together, and the amenities are excellent. I especially love the saltwater pool and well-equipped gym — both are always clean and well-maintained. Often catch me pool side grilling with my friends I have made here. Overall, The neighborhood is a fantastic place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, well-run community in a great location.

They claim to understand how we get picked up randomly to leave to a new place on orders and be helpful with having to break the lease agreement because we can not control when we have to leave, but they don’t. So many apartments we’ve been at completely understand and help us out. Here they charge you for time you won’t even be living there. Don’t be fooled like us and choose a different complex.

The apartment itself was roomy, clean and well appointed. We were easily able to work from home with the strong and consistent wifi available. The staff was friendly and responsive. The proximity to downtown and the walking trails around the area were nice perks. The amenities were nice as well, however, due to Covid we did not take full advantage of them. If you need a place for a short term rental or a place to live with other professionals, stop by and visit the Arbors before you commit to living somewhere else.
