From an amazing leasing staff and maintenance to a great sense of community we couldn’t have chosen a better apartment community when relocating. Our 3-bedroom apartment had great storage space and was exactly as described, a large floor plan with a modern feel. We loved living at The Arbors!

Getting to enjoy the pool all summer long with my daughter was one of my favorite things. The community events that happen all year long were also so fun! The apartments are also so cozy with plenty of storage space, which has been so crucial for us! We’ve loved living here at The Arbors!

As a resident for 2.5 years, we really enjoyed the resident events hosted by the leasing office and the amenities! Maintenance was always quick and kind when it came to our maintenance requests. If you’re looking for an amazing community that’s also close to downtown, moving to the Arbors is your answer!
- DGDamian GDec 18, 20251.0To start off at first It was an amazing location to live at for a few weeks but the management is rude and not understanding. for example I was a furloughed federal worker and also i am a U.S veteran. I chose to move here last minute for 6 months and it was horrible and i moved out earlier after breaking my lease. The neighbors complained continuously about my dog and the management stopped by and gave me a notice every week. It truly sucked and made me uncomfortable to be here. The location had roaches everywhere that were huge, constant inspections, bird poop on all of the dog bins, insects everywhere spiders included and rude maintenance workers at times. The property tried to kick me out at my lowest when i was furloughed for the longest government shutdown in history and i had no income coming in. they charged me for breaking the lease that's fine i understand but the worst part is they charged me for every carpet in every room in the apartment when leaving and i overheard the management saying that they needed carpets for there yearly inspection so that's odd and didn't make since because i was being charged for the damage in the laundry room my pet did that had no carpet it was panel flooring. since moving I'm happier mentally. i purchased a home and don't need them for anything else I'm so happy to be gone and done with this complex. still on the hook for over 4 grand but my advice is save your money and move somewhere better.
