  Spinning Mill Lofts is run by an office that allows domestic violence offenders to continue to reside at their property FACT because the man that attacked me still lives there in fact across from a police officer that is hired to make sure the properties are safe in fact police cars are always at spinning mill for domestic disturbances but I’m speaking up for me and my family . This offender with jail time runs his business out if the garage with his offensive son and walks around as if he didn’t commit a crime again . Always ducking the law probably because he’s a short man but this is about Spinning Mill turning a blind eye and squeezing the most money out of the victim never holding the offender actually acccountable? Partially at least ? Yes I signed the lease but bc they forced my grown son to sign now he’s held accountable as well I begged them to leave him out of it just put my name but they couldn’t inhumane so may-August 4 months apartment as vacant and I left for fear of the lives of my family and somehow 2000 rent turned into a 10000 bill charging me for dogs that no longer lived there it a garage that was cleaned out why did they do that ? Because they can big company against me no shot but this is my shot my platform to tell fellow Americans to not rent here I never said I’d not pay but shouldn’t they also hold the man who hit me accountable ? They don’t in fact he and his busted son got a discount on lease renewal this is where the laws fail innocent people but I will keep posting write so laws are changed for domestic violence no one has the right to threaten the safely if my family so I broke my lease but spinning mill gives them the right to continue don’t live here and don’t let Heather and Randi fool you into thinking they care what if it happened to their family???! I know I did it all by the book and that book failed me so here goes for laws that protect the innocent !!! Until then don’t move to spinning mill lofts God had given me grace and gifts once I left his evil place

  Noisy doesn’t begin to describe it. And management won’t enforce their own rules. Have had to call the police (the courtesy officers supervisor responded 3/4 times. Author of email) several times ON THE SAME PEOPLE after hours about noise only to be told that it doesn’t meet the towns ordinance (I have an email from the officer with the ordinance attached). The office kept referring us to police despite the officer having a copy of the same email I have. I emailed corporate (Taft management, Greenville nc) and have yet to hear anything back. I have endless videos showing time, and what sounds like an impact drill, butcher chopping meat, elephants coming through the ceiling, a repeating thump for hours on end sometimes and presumably the dragging of some type of metal sled across the floors. I’m aware of normal apartment noise. This isn’t it. It’s egregious beyond explanation. Zero consideration for their tenants, despite endless emails “reminding” us of the quiet hours and of course to call the police if we need it handled (see the cycle?). I hope Taft management sees this and finally responds to the emails and the office’s request for direction on this.

  I can’t think of a single negative thing about this property! There’s no place like it in the area… Every single member of this staff is beyond professional, polite and friendly! A special shout out to Randi who handled my move in and any question or concern instantly! Sydney,Micah, Heather and the maintenance team are all great too! Being a former NY’er, these apartments make me feel like I’m back home! You won’t regret checking this place out.

  Herrlicher Ort. Toll wie schön die alte Spinnerei umgebaut wurde. Modernisiert und das Alte erhalten. Der Architekt, der das gestaltet hat, hat einen Preis verdient! Sehr geschmackvoll! Auch die Apartments sind super geworden. Wirklich Klasse! Und bin wieder hier nach drei Monaten! Es ist wirklich sehr schön hier. Tolle Location!
