We are very pleased with our home -- downsizing from our previous home was initially not easy, but we are happy with our home design, the quality of construction and the countless amenities this terrific Del Webb community offers. Pulte Homes stands behind their quality warranty and following our professional eleven month post-closing inspection, our Pulte Warranty Manager coordinated a two-day effort by a team of vendors who addressed every item noted in our inspection report. Not only was the work at a high quality level, but the team members thoroughly cleaned up following their work, thus exceeding our expectations. The community's amenity center opened six months ago and offers a wide variety of activities, including a year-round indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, a gym that can compete with most commercial gyms and an excellent staff. We've found everyone to be friendly and welcoming. We look forward to many happy years at Del Webb Carolina Overlook!
