  Mi experiencia desde hace 10 años fue muy buena asta q llegaron personas con poco respeto al vecino es una lastima q no sepan diferenciar entre la música y el retumbar de las paredes q fastidia muchísimo

  I appreciate the wiejers u have n the office as well as the maintenance crew. They r very friendly & very helpful. They go the Xtra length 2 please the tenants. Also I'm very happy that Elianys the manager. Please don't send her 2 another location bc she would really b missed, thank you!

  Ive lived here for over a year so i feel i can give the most honest opinion of the apartment. NONE OF THE AMENITIES WORK. The gym door doesnt open, the washers and dryers dont work, the pool wasnt opened last year because its leaking through the ground and they havent fixed it, and the security gates do not work. This company STILL increased rent at renewal even though none of the amenities work due to the roof being replaced this summer. MY CAR WAS STOLEN IN FRONT OF MY APARTMENT WITH SECURTIY PARKED IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE. The apartment did nothing for me. There are stray cats and dogs and terrible residents who dont clean up after their dogs. The trash overflows constantly. If you have kids PLEASE understand that theres no safety. They hire patrol people that will just sit in a car and are gone by dark. Only positives are the maintenance man that work here. I swear those are the hardest working people on this property and I’ve never once had a complaint about them. SO UNLESS YOU HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO GO, dont move here. Find a roommate and get a house for the price. If i could afford to leave, i would have. With the amount of money this property company makes from accumulated rent you would think it would be in better condition.

  0 stars out of 5...leasing office rude, maintenance dont clean up, they dont upgrade apartments u can stay for years same ol, breaks in every week/month/, they dont change filters or anything else needed i seen them spray for bee bug prevention nothing else, u have to remind maintenance to do they job, they make up fees, each person in the office tell you different when it come to rent price, we cleaned the entire apt oven, profesionally cleaned the floor and all and got half of the deaposit back was told the apartment was the best they ever seen after a move out then they found every reason to not give a full desposit it was 2 issues the tub needed to be re-sealed and there was counter damange from a pot they charged $400 as if they are pocketing money, at one point they said our apt was under investigation and couldnt let us resign just to tell us we can resign everything was false no appology or nothing DONT LEASE A APARTMENT AT WELLINGTON FARMS OFF SHARON AMITTY OFF VERNEDALE
