  When I first moved into my apartment, I was honestly shocked by the condition it was in. The unit had clearly not been properly cleaned or prepared at all. There was acrylic paint all over the floors from the previous tenant, cigarettes and cigars stuffed into the door frames, and even pubic hair stuck to the window. On top of that, there was mildew growing around every single window, and the bathtub in the master bedroom was peeling badly. I was told by management that professional cleaners would come in and that the flooring would be replaced, but months later, none of that has happened. No one has followed up or taken any real action to fix these issues. I documented everything thoroughly and shared it with them, yet the only response I received was a $50 rent reduction—which didn’t even come close to covering the cost of the cleaning supplies I had to buy, let alone the weeks of effort it took me to make the apartment livable. The only thing they did was poorly paint the patio to cover some of the paint. That being said, I do want to give credit where it’s due: the maintenance staff has been great. They’ve been kind, responsive, and have genuinely tried to help as much as they can within their limitations. My frustration is entirely with management and their lack of accountability. Overall, it’s extremely disappointing to move into a place that was nowhere near move-in ready and to feel like your concerns aren’t being taken seriously afterward.

  Living here for three years and I must say I seen many changes. I want to give a big thanks to the maintenance guys Mitch , Saquen , and Lester . When I create a maintenance ticket they come with no questions ask to service my issue. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to make these apartment complex suitable for the community. Customer service for the maintenance guys I give them 5 stars. I do have an issue with management with lack of communication but I am going to save that review until my issue is resolved. Hopefully my issue is resolved by next week respectfully or that review will not be as pleasant.
