When I met him didn’t even apologize for keeping me waiting for an hour when I had an appointment. When showing apartments really couldn’t answer my question and had to go to office to get answer and keep me waiting again. He may be new at his job however needs more knowledge about apartment and definitely needs to be more friendly and apologize when wrong.

We are very happy with our home and experience here. If we were not buying a home, we would definitely renew our lease.
