  I’ve truly enjoyed living at this property and wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team in the leasing office. The ladies in the office are always professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind every time I interact with them. They consistently go above and beyond to help, and answer questions, and make sure everything is handled smoothly. Their positive attitudes and dedication create such a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in what they do. Great management teams make a huge difference, and they are a big reason why living here has been such a positive experience. Thank you all for everything you do!

  This property is gorgeous! Working from home, working out, resort pool, I love it here. The leasing team is so genuinely nice and fun! Also always smells so good here.

  10/10 best place in CONCORD NC ! Fire rates 🔥 , always on call if you ever need anything and PET FRIENDLY TRUE PET FRIENDLY !! Awesome team management ! Anastasia, Kaylee and Jasmine are outstanding with service and helpful with all apartment needs !! Come check Taylor farms out !!

  I loved here for over two years now. The staff here is amazing. Great community events and I’ve never waited more than 24 hrs for a maintenance request!
